The Avigation Watch Type A-7 1935 is a close cousin of the Heritage 1918. Much of its design follows watchmaking conventions from the 1920s. However, what makes this timepiece truly striking is its dial, which Longines has rotated 40 degrees to the right. This allowed pilots to tell the time without having to take their hands off the controls.
